How Do I Fix Red Spots and Textured Skin?

I’ve struggled for so long and am currently using oil cleaner and a soft cleanser. Salicylic Acid every 2 days and moisturizer. In the am i use vitamin c serum.

Damn we have the same sort of thing my guy, check if you either have rosacea or Keratosis pilaris atrophicans faciei
