how do i fix red/yellow scleras?

This has been a problem to me for a long time
I did an accutane course and during that course the redness got a lot worse. Now it’s been a month after finishing accutane and i still have the problem. Sometimes it’s a lot worse but this is how they usually are.

How do i fix this? Moisturizing drops don’t help. Brimonidine does, but only temporarily.

do you use lumify becuase other brimonidine eyedrops cause redness if you stop

It helps for maybe 3-4 hours
also it irritated my eyes so after the effect wears off they’re even worse
