fix your skin barrier with right cleanser and moisturizer, after that gradually add small amounts of low dose tret or higher % retinal.

I've used: SPF, Azelaic Acid (15-20%), Tretinoin (0.025% for the start, titrate to 0.05% or 0.1% over time), Cleanser, Moisturizer. Just for you to get an idea which products one might use. Just for anti-aging purposes though, no acne.
