Most smile lines if not caused by maxillary hypoplasia are caused by a too high bf%. Even Jordan Barrett has smile lines at higher bf% depending on the lighting and angle.

You are still a teen do you really think your smile lines are caused by a lack of collagen? Just get leaner if you want to get rid of them.

They can also be caused by undereye fat pads migrating down due to gravity and accumulating creating nasofolds. They may be stubborn to just overall body fat loss and would either have to get to very low bf or they may not go at all. You would have to use fat dissolvers to solve that.

Like I pointed out with the first word in my reply not all smile lines are caused by too high bf% or maxillary hypoplasia. The undereyes fat pads migrating is an option too yes. Though OP is a teen, I don't think neither gravity nor collagen raped him already.

No, you’ll naturally get smile lines even with a good maxilla. A hypoplastic maxilla will just accelerate aging in many cases.

Soft tissue is also important.

I’m 154 lbs at 6’0 rn and I am getting a djs soon which will advance my mandible 10+mm and maxilla 2-5 mm. Do you think his amount of advancement will help
