How do i fix social anxiety

It’s gotten really bad and i couldn’t really make friends at my new school last year because of this.
I seriously need to fix this shit somehow

I used to be a fat greasy chud, I had so many friends and everyone loved me (not romantically ofc)

Now that im good looking and get girls, i have no friends, I just saw a post on instagram of all my freinds from high school hanging out without me, it made me cry.

I mean i used to have school friends that never invited me to come hangout with them outside of school, it was tough.
Then it got even worse last year as i had to change schools which basically made me a complete loner

pregabalin apparently works for some people but it hasnt done shit for me

just keep forcing urself into uncomfortable situations, even something as small as having one conversation with a stranger every day. social skills are something u build through exposure and time. the more u put urself in those situations, the better u get and the easier it becomes

Start eating better if you don’t already you might need to chance your diet.
Exposure therapy is extremely effective you need to get out of your comfort zone.

What grade of hs are you in, I had very few friends in 9th and 10th grade, but in grade 12 i was so popular people shouted my name at parties and i went to all the gatherings. ( ik it dont make sense if i was popular but now have no friends)

Put urself out there, people like someone who isnt weird. just be chill and normal, idk i was just the stoner kid who would always skip class, people liked me cuz i had pot and they got to know me thru our shared interest. I also smoked cigs,

You’ll only stop having anxiety once you ascend bro don’t listen to all that other bullshit your anxiety comes from your lack of confidence and your lack of confidence comes from your appearance
If you’ve already ascend then try talking to people on apps like Omegle then start approaching people in the street by the 5th or 6th time it’ll get way easier nothing comes on its own bro
Don’t use pregabalin it only pushes the problem away and can make your anxiety worse because your brain will start believing that the only thing that can get rid of your anxiety is pregabalin

wow so ur stil early i guess in school cuz when i was 16 i was in 11th.

It just helps to try and get off the devices bro like seriously, i quit this site for like 6 months until recently. Im on here a few hours a week, just cuz i get bored asf.

i always tried talking about my interests and try to help, but they always took it as a joke.
i had no true friends and it is highly unlikely i will ever find any. but just not caring really solved the problem.

Its never enough, your always worried about losing ur gains, looking like crap, thats just my experience. It does help ur confidence a ton, but people sometimes just think im a fkin weirdo, people still think ur a weirdo if ur good looking too.

late but if your still young it should come with age just try and talk to people casually i used to be the same but i've slowly gotten out of my shell just growing up
