is ice hooding legit + what surgeries to minimalize UEE+ make NCT neutral/positive. Also how do I get rid of dark under eyes besides those expensive as fuck eye creams

You can't softmaxx ur eye-area to any noticable extent.
Consider canthoplasty or canthopexy.

I was told canthoplasty was shit by several people. Care to explain why people say/belive its shit+ you can softmaxx eyelashes and brows for cheap asf

There are good and bad candidates for every surgical procedure, if you want tailored advice I would advise posting a picture of your eye-area.
