How do I fix the asymmetry? My case is very weird

Hi,

So basically I'm a left handed individual but my right side of the face looks tighter than my left side so my right nostril appears higher than my left nostril and my right eye look a bit smaller than my left eye because my lower lid is a bit tighter I guess? Also, my mandible is slightly shifted towards right. What should I do in my case? What's the root cause and how can I fix it?

Also, when I open and close my mouth and put my finger right next to my ear, I can the right TMJ condoyle but I can't feel the left one for some reason. the right one is like a little ball shape thing.

ok so I had xray of my teeth. I have had equal amount of teeth on both sides and I also sleep on my back and chew evenly so maybe its the pelvic tilt. by the way, is the TMJ condoyle thing normal?
