How do I fix the fact that my lower eyeball area is very visible?

Orbital decompression or infraorbital rim implants or both?
But because of my prominent brow ridge, when I look in the mirror from far away, there is like a dark shadow around my eyes, indicating that there are deep set?. It’s the lower part that looks fucked.

Run squint game 24/7 like Nick Bateman. For surgery, under eye filler can lift the lower lid and get rid of dark circles. I dont find implants that useful for the price. Unless its jaw implants. Do you have a negative orbital vector?

I’m getting almond eye with taban for sure so I was thinking of adding decompression with implants. Would make it closer to 20k tho
