How do i fix these uneven eyes?

As you can see in this picture eyes are not the same shape. When I look in the mirror or use front camera they look the same but with back camera/inverted they look really uneven and bad. How do I fix this problem?

lateral canthoplasty right side, left in the picture the surgeon will widen PFL and also adjust your canthal tendon to align it with the other side
