How do I fix this crease in my forehead

I have this crease in my forehead for god knows how long now and it’s one of my many insecurities and I was wondering if anyone could help me (I am 16)

tbh i have no idea how u can fix that it just looks like a vein it might go away on it's own

It’s been there for a while and dents inward it’s been best part of 2 year I have had it but it goes away and comes back
