how do i fix this eye asymmetry (pic attatched)

I sleep on my back and still have only 1 eye hooded, is it over I dont know how noticable it is irl but can fraud it in photos

asymmetry may be caused by deviated septum. Nonetheless, do this exercise: close both eyes, then open the hooded eye while keeping the non-hooded eye closed, maintain that expression (forcing non-hooded eye to stay shut and forcing the hooded eye to stay as open as possible, exaggerate the expression) for 5 seconds and then at peak tension forcefully open the non-hooded eye. Repeat this until the non-hooded eyelid stays lifted up. It is temporary, but the more you do it the more time it will stay up.
