How do i fix this flaw

in alot of lightghts this area in my face (i think its the paranssal region) whatever and the bototm of my nose loo giga undefined and squished. what causes this? it makes it look like im in pain 24/7.

its like my mouth protrudes out of my skull relative to my paransal region causing a deep fold in that area
