how do I fix this orange dryness around my mouth when I wake up

for the past 2 days when ive been waking up , I been having this orange SUPER dry mouth even when I moisturise and everything. It’s mostly linked to petorial dermantitis I’m guessing so how do I get a cure to all of this dryness and petorial dermantitsms
