I don’t know if this is kp or rosacea but I feel like my skin coloration messes up my facial appearance a bit. I always try to apply sunscreen and stuff but I don’t know, not much has changed. Any tips?

this is 100% kprf. There's not much you can do except wait. Check out the reddit as there are some documented trials for solutions like Sirolimus.
But honestly, not much actually works and I have learned that a lot of girls find it cute and it is called "boyfriend blush" on tiktok
