How do I fix this problem with my face I can’t tell ifs a bone deficiency or something else need serious advice

The right side of my face I feel is a bone defect but I really can’t tell. Wondering if I should bs. Oh and also what is up with my eyes it gives me the lazy eye effect but I don’t have one

you only think you look better in the first one cause youre used to it youre extremely asymetrical in both. Youre cheeks may be asymetrical from side sleeping but its over for your eyes.
