How do i fix this ring around my mouth?

I did research but nothing helped i got lean and debloated but shit still wont go. Is it fixable or do i rebirth?

Yea it does my entire lower third is kinda narrow im working on forward growth as long as im young enough and after i cant anymore ill grow my masseters for a wider third

Pretty sure it’s a positive feature from the side and it’s barely noticeable so I wouldn’t worry about it
