how do i fix this skin issue?

so i’ve put a pimple patch on this place very close to my nose for a night and went to sleep and after i woke up and took them of i head this very round red spots on my face exactly in the place i’ve put the pimple patch. it feels rough and smooth at the same time and it is a bit dry. any idea on how to fix it?
