You don’t just “fix” it. That’s just a sign your mandible and maxilla’s recessed. The skin stretches forward and makes the angle sharper if it’s developed.

bump, same problem. My solution so far was climbing harder grades and taking less antipsychotics worked for a while but my jaw stil pmo.
