Is there any way to reduce UEE?

And I've been debating if I should cut my medial canthus to larp good canthal tilt and hopefully hunter eyes
Is there any tips or anything I should know before doing something that could possibly make me go blind if I go through with it and I mess up?

trust me boss, its not the medial canthus, also ur new around here it appears so when someone responds you serve them the courtesy of clicking the little thumbs up button on the bottom left of their post.

No, just doing surgery. I highly recommend grow ur eyelashes, urs are too small. And about cutting ur medial canthus, it wont change that much in ur eyes tbh. And it will grow back anyways so u will need to do this every week or month(i never cutted that shit so idk really well).

I've always been told it was my eye area that really makes me cooked, is there anything else that I should be aware of?
