i think you can try injecting botox into your frontalis muscle

look into hooded eyes, its a soft max but it frauds hunter eyes, gets rid of uee and is easy asf.

Train orbicular muscle it fixed my uee u need min 1 month, and if narrow palate get marpe also helps uee
