i have undereye bags, and sleep is not the problem. And i dont want a temporary fix. if you know any creams. and if so how to use and when.

Fillers or surgery. Could try to cope with under eye area skin

Could be bad infras and might need surgery. If that’s not the problem, then get Microfat Grafting for some permanent results, else Nanofat Grafting that’s long term. Do your research cause microfat grafts might be risky
