How do I fix UUE, eyebrow shaping, eyebags

I know a lot of eye area methods are cope and I know I cant get rid of nct.
Any advice on maxxing current features would be appreciated.
Eyebrows are currently somewhat shaped but I can grow them maybe a millimeter in all directions.

Should I get an eyelash curler?
Are there uue reduction methods that aren't cope?
Should I improve hooding? I get somewhat negative hooding already so not sure if that's the best move
Cut medial canthus?
For eye bag ill probably use dermaroller and products but open to suggestions

Unfortunately, there is no solution for uee without surgery But you can cover it a little by growing your eyelashes, and I think the uee gets smaller over time because that happened to me. And for your eyebrows, they're good, but u just need to dye them and grow them a lil bit by minox or Castor oil
