How do i fix visible submandibular glands

my jawlines pretty good but my submandibular glands are making my jaw look less visible how do i fix this

surgery is the only way to actually fix submandibular glands, its over otherwise
just spam neck curls chin tucks things and mew 24/7. these wont fix the glands but they will make your jaw look more prominent so you can at least slightly hide that yk
or fraud until surgery
