How do I force my ortho to give me palate expander?

This is my palate:


Ive had extractions and they are currently making my palate smaller
I need to fix this ASAP.
Im gonna stop the treatment next week because they are closed on the weekends.
As you can see I have gap between my teeth.
Then I need to get expansion and then I think ill need something for my lower jaw somehow idk how.
THen what? Will my teeth be super spaced out because my palate is much bigger?

Do you have braces in your upper arch? Idk like tell him, that since you started the braces treatment you cant fit your tongue in your palate but you did before so its unnatural for you now. Also tell him that you have trouble breathing and you wake up multiple times in the night.

you need the right ortho. send mails to different orthos nearby ans ask them if they will make you a pallate expander. Be decisive, but dont be a know-it-all.
