Distractions are endless. Start focusing on and seeking God with all your heart. He'll change your priorities and give you new realistic goals. Ironically enough, those new goals might seem less feasible than the ones you have for yourself now. You'll be able to achieve them though.

I know and I completely agree, but OP probably won't believe me if I told him this. It is hard to convince an unbeliever.
