how do I format my thread correctly?

For example: let’s say theoretically I were to make a thread about pumpkins(I am not this is an example)

How would I format it to make it BOTB worthy?

I was reading up on a few threads that are in BOTB, and I saw they have spoilers in them.

I am on mobile, so I am a bit confused on how to put spoilers into my thread.

If anybody could help me out, that would be great.
