How do I framemaxx besides gymmaxxing?

I have very narrow shoulders, very thin wrists, abnormally small hands, am kind of tall (6'1) with big skull and average size penis, average arm length for my height (But I would like longer because they look a bit short when I put on lifts).
Am 17, I have contemplated HGH but some say it's not worth it. What sort of supplements would be best for promoting growth (Of frame)? I am open to all possibilities btw no matter the price (I will get a job if necessary). Plates are still open so I will prob not inject T for now. Should I take AI? I also take 2x 5k IU D3 + 100mcg K2 Mk7 daily as well (For face and frame, my mandible is also quite short).
I already sleep early and for a long time, take ashwagandha and melatonin before sleep. I eat a good amount of calories and protein too for my size.
Edit: I am going to start taking Niacin as well, I forgot to mention this because I just ordered it yesterday.

Do hard punches to feel like your shoulders are stretching - with time and good nutritions you will have wide shoulders.

you can ''jfl'' but there is a reason why girls subconscious know that wide shoulders = high fighting succes :).

Im telling totally seriously, stretching + gymmaxxing + dietmaxxing = wide shoulders,
"chads'' by correct posture are stretchning and using their muscle constatly and overtime its better than gymccels which go to workout for 5 hours per week and will have uptight muscles for 1/10 their time at gym.

Wtf to do for wrists though, and I'm talking about overall frame growth too like my ribcage is very narrow

In normal life you will never achieve this look. Wide ribcage is dimorphic as fuck.

you doing this exercise without any bands just stretching as far as you can? how long should you do this stretch to see at least something?
