How do i fraud a smaller forehead its pissing me off

I try frauding with longer hair but its usually windy where i live and hair doesnt really help.Should i maybe get a hair transplant and maybe the hair on the forehead will make it look smaller? I mean i could just wear a cap all the time but thats pretty wierd
