Today i realised my skull is too wide. Its not even that i need to vertically lengthen my face i need to horizontally shorten to it

It's not too wide but if you wanna reduce the perceived width, it's literally a matter of 10 seconds.

Go to the mirror and do this for a second (dont tie a ponytail, just hold with your hand and release at the back such that they don't cover your ears)
