is it even worth it im 5’11 i wanna start wearing shoe lifts DAILY but im afraid i get cought how many cm of shoe lifts is safe zone ?any personal experience from someone wear them daily?

2.4-2.6 Inch lifted shoes, don’t wear height boosters.

AF1's a size larger than what u normally have with 2 inch height boosters. U can do 3 inches if u really want to but you'll be more likely to be caught.
