it's basically this, this is how people have been frauding their jaws for generations.

also most models pout while taking pictures of their side profiles, it makes the maxilla look more pronounced.

Pretty good ngl. When I do it my ramus gets a good pump and its easily 1 or 2cm taller than before, pump though, temporary, it will become permanent overtime though.

I think it has nothing to do with masseters. Its just the hard chewing that makes the ramus itself taller. My opinion.
