How do i fraud uee with eyelashes

I have decently thick and long eyelashes right now but I dont want to use topical minoxidil or latisse on my eyes because im worried about fat loss (its already kinda bad). I have a decent eye shape and tilt but fairly bad uee and want to cover it with my lashes, they arent long enough right now so what are ways to lengthen them and have them permanently curled up

cant really have them permanently curled up, just get a curler and use as needed before going out. Minox wont really fry the fatpads though
