Nah you are right, you are supposed to make everything you say sound interesting but more importantly DO interesting things, and also the conversation shouldn’t be like a ping pong match where you both throw the same generic messages back and forth, you have to reply in a genuine manner, like if you were talking face to face to her with 0 worries about what she thinks, the replies shouldn’t seem fabricated at all.

I struggle so much to maintain a conversation when I am rotting, meanwhile when I actually have things going on in my life it becomes so much easier, despite me not having a social circle at all rofl.

Also anything that is not texting helps too, like sending voice notes or snapping pics of yourself (preferably not on your basement tho JFL), especially if you have good looks and voice.

I'm guessing you have a lot of structure and routine in your life. You're pretty down to earth I'd assume as well. I think "the strong, silent type" is one of the best sex appeal routes for ISTJs.

The good news is that ISTJs are generally very good at sticking to their commitments, reaching their goals and avoid whining, so you can probably maxx out a fair amount of things.

As for looksmaxing, the only thing I’ve left to do is gymcelling, besides that I am basically fully softmaxed, I’ve also thought about getting tattoos maybe but I legit have no idea of what I would like to get for now.

It's not too shabby. In general being introverted is obviously worse for slaying, but ISTP is one of the best introverted types for hooking girls. It's commonly considered "cool". The Extraverted Sensing function (your auxiliary function) often has a confident and relaxed presence in a room which is good. ISTPs are also often logical, so you can try to impress people with your intellect. Being a P type, you should be flexible and open to new experiences which is handy when partying. My immediate thoughts, but I'd have to know more about you specifically to give more tailored advice.

That's good. Seems like you're doing/considering a lot of things many ISTJs wouldn't do to improve.

You should probably widen your social circle. Both in order to increase your chances statistically, but also to work on being an interesting and flexible conversational partner and your general people skills. Like I've indicated, smooth and escalating social interactions are usually not ISTJs strong side. My friend is GymMaxxed and has a great education and economy, but his problem is a practically non-existent social circle and horrible fashion. His nerdy/boring vibe is also a problem, but that wouldn't hold him back from dating if he interacted with people more than he does now and dressed differently (plus it'd automatically improve - unless he decides to hold contempt instead).

As for personality it's hard to say. Personally I try to have a lot of general knowledge, so whenever I meet someone I'm usually able to talk to them about their interests, and that's definitely paid off. Plus being knowledgable is cool and handy either way. When talking to girls you can't just be kind and you can't just be a psycho. You have to find a balance where you're joking a little bit, being a little bit of a douchebag, but then reeling yourself in with some compliments etc. Even though "just be confident bro" is a meme, it's important to be relaxed and confident in your skin. NEVER appear desperate or clingy, even if you actually are. It practically never works, and usually turns them completely off.
