no , everyone look good w an harmonious , well developped skull , bonemass however can cotribute to make u more dimorphic and angular

So is there a way to increase my bone thickness and prominence without taking hgh or long term cycles? I don’t got the money to buy hgh plus I don’t have a place to hide it from my parents

Not sure, haven't heard of any tbh.

Same case here, I'm honestly just planning to cycle when I leave home for uni.

I heard that taking calcium+D3+K2 increases bone mass but I don’t think that’s how it works

It will increase bonemass, which is the mineral content in the bone.

But won't make them more prominent

This is still much needed if you are to fix recessions tbh, even if it doesn’t produce thicker bone outwardly (btw outward thickening of bone is dubious to support aesthetics wise)
