How do i gain organic followers on instagram?

Not bots. Followers that engage with my posts and don't unfollow immediately. Currently have 4 followers [my mom and three alt accounts I made myself ] . I can only make so many alt accounts . Is there anyway i can gain about 1000, 1500 followrrs .
