How do I gain weight at 14yo

I'm 166cms and 42kgs I've tried pretty much everything. I eat 4 meals a day and snacks in between, I drink atleast 2L of water every day , 500ml milk before bed every night but my fuckass body just can't absorb it I guess I also take a shit atleast twice a day and I've only gained around 1.2kgs in like 3 months the only good thing is I'm growing pretty fucking quick I was 156cm this may now I'm 166 and still growing rapidly
 
simple answer: count calories

long answer: calories are a measurement of energy. if you eat more energy than you use, you gain weight, it's literally thermodynamics, your body has to store it somewhere, meaning either growth or fat. use an app or website to calculate your maintenance and eat more than that every single day. 500 calorie surplus = ~.5 kg/week. if you have low appetite then use MK-677 and eat calorie dense foods
