How do I gain weight while vegetarian?

I've been underweight my whole life, and I want to put on weight/go to the gym to get bigger. I don't plan on eating meat (retarded ik) so does anyone have any advice? I get full very easily and barely feel hunger so I don't have much of an issue skipping meals daily. Anyone know any methods to feel hungry etc etc

Depends on some things including where you live, if it’s America and you’ve been underweight your whole life then for sure you have some aggressive metabolism thing going on. Because the food here makes people fat by default, to be underweight here is so rare that it’s almost certainly genetic and immutable. I’ve been underweight my whole life too, experimented with my diet extensively including going from vegetarian at one point to high protein and high fat, no matter what I can’t gain even 5 pounds. It’s genetic.
