Whenever I order something with a flexible price I never know what to offer. Should I just put it extremely low and wait for the seller to knock it down slightly?

Not extremely low, sometimes u will get ignored. When u lowball do it in the middle. For example if u wanna buy $300 shoes low ball at 240-260, and if they don’t accept u can keep increasing ur offer from there

Yea I mean most of the time you’re just going to have to put a lower offer and meet in the middle. Like if you want to buy a car off marketplace that’s listed 8.5k for ex you can offer like 8k cash and they usually agree or meet halfway.
