Try to count calories many people sa they eat a lot and when they start counting it turns out they dont. Either that or if u excersise and burn a lot of calories try to force urself to eat more. start force feeding yourself if you have to and try not to drink fluids while eating. Wake up a couple of hours before you normally do to squeeze in another meal and just go back to sleep afterwards.
