how do i get a better cantal tilt

i have a negative cantal tilt im thinking about palate expander to make my cantal tilt nuetral lmk if you guys have other things that can help me about my cantal tilt

Im assuming u dont have actually have a nct and its the eyelashes drooping down so use vaseline and curl it with eyelash curler and grow it out with oral minox or latisse if u need 2, if its actually negative canthoplasty, also could be cuz of of ur undereye support which u would need implants or low set zygos
