How do i get a clean layers with curls ?

Right now my hair is middle long . I cutted my hair very short because my curls were damaged . But now i want layers . My curls shoulf look symetrical on the side and above and in the back longer . Like tom welling 🫩 or any other picture from google . You know what hair style i mean? How do i get layets what shoulf i say to my barber and how to grow it in the back longer . It also needs to be a little bit back like a slickback but with volume but also volume in the front.
I postey some example pictures i like the slick bacj but i think tom wellings haircut will look better the other i donz i dont like it that much . So how do i get there ?

well obviously you ask for scissors only cut. Tom wellings hair rlly just falls that way it’s not products. I’m certain you can achieve this with only the right cut and proper styling without a lot of products. Like I said ask for scissor only cut and find a good barber. Also you’ll need to grow out your hair rlly long so your barber can work with it and get layers in

Let it grow out and then get the layers in that’s how I did it. I got the European Flow haircut or whatever it’s called. The barber creates layers by cutting the hair differently long so they lay on top of each other not in each other. Find a rlly good barber that knows how to style hair and rlly also knows how head shape influences outcome etc. Mostly Young or old very professional barbers know that. Show your barber tom welling photo and Tell him you want it exactly like this and you want layers. You want them at a length where they’re still curly

You just have to let it grow out. It maybe looks bad in the process but that’s just how it is.

send a photo of what u look like or your hair. Also it needs time to grow especially if you have curls or layers.

Hab gesehen du bist Deutsch anhand der fotos. In Deutschland ist es relativ einfach einen guten barber zu finden der sowas kann. Viele von den alten friseurmeistern kriegen das gut hin
