I've been putting off going to the gym because I was coping and I thought it would stunt my growth but I don't think theres any hope left for me in terms of height haha.

My question is how do I get a decent looking physique, idm light gear use in the future, just don't want to have a femboy physique anymore lol, if anyone has any guides as to how to get started it would be greatly appreciated in terms of workout and diet. ty

Your diet should focus on carbs and protein

Approx 1.4g of protein/ kg of bw
Fill the rest with carbs and fat with a good ratio of fruits and vegetables.

Eat in a slight surplus to avoid getting fat, add around 3-400 calories

Train each muscle group with 3x frequency (at least 2x) make sure to choose a schedule that you find fun and can stick to for a long time, this is essential cuz you don't wanna burnout and stop going

The main thing is to just go, don't worry abt the weight and just focus on improving ur form. If you've never been to the gym before ur not gonna know how to do the exercises perfectly, which is fine just make sure to ask someone at ur gym or google the proper form. You don't wanna hurt urself and you want progress and ur only gonna get that through form. Build up a baseline by focusing on body weight exercises like pushups pull-ups and dips, hopefully ur gym as an assisted pull-up machine to help you.

For an aesthetic physique your big points are ur back, ur shoulders, ur arms and ur abs.

Carbload before you hit the gym so you have the most energy. dont worry about whatever other people might be thinking, they're all there for themselves and everyone in the gym is only there to improve themselves.
