Just get the DrPen. I got both and never use them. They’re both equally as good at doing nothing. You’ll get 10 times more progress from tretinoin alone.

Never had one. People seem to swear by them. I know Corinna Kopf and Jordan Barrett use them everyday. I’m a doctor and my first instinct is to say lol no.

you should be able to take 0.5 or even 0.35 for the same effects....i switched from 1 to approx 0.4 and its the same shit for me= no further hair shedding........how did you tolerate oral minoxidil and for how long did you take it? doesnt it cause heart attacks?

Depends how much you can get out of it. If you’re only getting 1cm of hairline advancement then a DHI hair transplant mogs.
It’s going to be more worth it if the surgeon can pull your temple peaks up to fill in even more space.

I got 1cm advancement at the front and around 3.5cm advancement in the temples.
Then transplanted over the scar:

It’s also definitely worth getting the forehead reduction before the hair transplant if you can afford both. I got the hair transplant 4 months later but honestly the scar wasn’t that bad and didn’t necessarily need covering up.

Yeah I’ve read about people taking 0.5mg every other day and supposedly getting the same effects. But I’m extremely prone to MPB, NW3.5 at 20 years old. I’ve also spent around $20,000k on my hair at this point so I’m not going to take the risk.

It probably costs me around £250-£300 per year in the UK for the meds so I’m probably going to take them forever unless I start getting side effects.

I’ve never had problems with side effects from any of them but my close friend got heart palpitations when he tried oral minoxidil though he has high blood pressure.
