It's very hard but expotion therapy is very useful, the lack of confidence is a result of not trying to engage in interactions with others and that worsen the problem. U can repeat to ur self that this people won't think of u any further after u interact with them and even so if they do, it will only affect u if u hold to that though.

It will take time and a lot of attempts to lose ur inhib but trying is the only way to improve.
