Getting a job with her is a good idea, it's basically warm approach since even mid tier guys ascend slightly when in the presence of women for a long time, as compared to cold approach where they're invisible. Just make sure you dont develop an obsession with this one person and move on with your life if things dont work out, you can always get another job if her personality is shit.

when i first met her we talked at the register for like 5 minutes but it felt like an hour we really clicked with each other she was super nice but i was with my mom so i could not ask her out
