i been wanting to get a job for a while now, applying online is just bs its always they will be excited to set up a interview since i pass all the time and i always wait and nothing ever happens so I've been wondering if its better to go in person or do remote jobs if the hiring process is easier, can you guys give me recommendations of ways to make money that i can look into to start asap

Keep applying, and fix your CV. It's a volume game. If you don't get shortlisted, and if your profile doesn't align with their hiring process, you resume won't even get to the stage of being read. Apply for 30 jobs, no luck, change CV. Repeat this until you get a job, jobless junky

make your resume better and they may be ghosting you because you arent good at irl interviews. there are a lot of tutorials online on how to master in person interviews
