How do I get a leaner/bony nose?

Their nose is more masculine and better looking than those with a more fat nose

Any surgery for this? or is it just make-up

hydrocortisone on the nose
taking accutane, seen some testimonies that claim their nose thinned
lemonbottle
any skincare that reduces inflammation
things that cause lymphatic drainage. jump rope cardio (cardio in general) is an example

Lipogel is essentially the same as hydrocortisone as it does the same thing but better; thins and firms out the skin. I had a source for this on my phone but deleted it, I'll try to find it again

It's topical and pretty good for skincare too

Alar base reduction, tip plasty, septorhinoplasty, and ofc rhino. Those surgery’s would help most.
