How do I get a longer jaw without recessing my face?

My lower jaw is a bit shorter than my middle third, which is slightly longer than my forehead. How do I make my jaw grow longer and more forward? I have heard of CW rotation but I am scared that will recess me.

Unless you're in your early teens, there's nothing you can do except for orthognathic surgery. Most effective fix this would be a bimaxillary osteotomy (lefort 1 and BSSO). Depending on the movements you do, this can 100% add height to your lower third and fix your problem. I've got the same issue lol

FYI this is an expensive (assuming your insurance wouldn't cover it, unless it's causing a health problem) and tiring procedure.
