try to engineer a palate expander at home

discontinue if cuts bruises swelling joint pain discomfort tooth pain or teeth misplaced, make sure they have zero contact with yo teeth and keep them as far away as you can from them

Only models with wide zygos are o pry and barret and barret is ltn

you can get expanders as an adult too, they're just more expensive and time consuming (and yes they are effective as an adult too). At your age, you should be maximizing your height. Your growth plates are closing soon so you should focus on that instead, your face continues to develop well into your 20s.
