I haven't tried it before, so I don't know if it actually improves PFL.

But it gives good results from what I've seen. It will sag your eyes and skin if you use it too much.

majority for men yes, because the ones that will get it need vast improvement in lateral width which ends up looking uncanny. Look at @androgenic If you were to see him in person he'd visibly look bad.

What about skull implants? Those are above the jaw but i think they can look very good… u can just cover with hair so far more easy to make them look good enough…

Nothing is worth becoming mentally unstable or losing cognition. You have to weigh the pros and cons of certain failos to know if they're worth it or not. For this guys case surgery is not.

I didn't look into it like I stated, But personally I'd only consider jaw implants and the "soft" hard maxxes. I don't want to go under the knife as much either due to anesthesia possibly increasing the chances of cognitive dysfunction.

This looks like it could be worth it for the right person, I personally wouldn't. Again everyone should weigh their pros and cons, minimal is best to avoid complications and long term fuck ups.
These surgeries are more rare than say jaw implants, so they likely won't be as efficient or safe simply due to numbers of patients that can be followed up for long term to evaluate post-op health.
